Trick to restore Win7 Start menu instead of the Start Screen in Windows 8
Windows 8 is latest version now a days and more faster than Windows7. But, there are basic problem with this version that its operation is not so easy as Windows 7. If you want to search for my computer, find some saved stuff on desktop then you have to use shortcut keys like WIN+E, WIN+D etc.
By using today trick you can easily feel free on working on Windows 8 too. For this just follow the below steps carefully and bring Windows 7 Start Menu on Windows 8.
- Go to Windows Classic Desktop
- Press WIN + R to Run
- Type regedit and press Enter to access the registry editor
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer:
- Double-click on RPEnabled and set its value to 0 (by default it is 1).
